IN-HOUSE PUMP AND MOTOR REPAIRS, REFURBISHMENT AND TESTING

Our fully equipped workshop provides a dedicated facility for the repair, overhaul, refurbishment and testing of pumps and motors.

With specialist equipment and experienced engineers on site, we can carry out detailed inspections, fault diagnosis, machining and mechanical repairs that are not always possible during an on-site visit.

REPAIR RATHER THAN REPLACE

Where possible, we repair and restore existing equipment rather than replacing it. This can be particularly beneficial when dealing with older, obsolete or difficult-to-source pumps and motors, helping to avoid unnecessary replacement costs and alterations to existing pipework.

Our workshop facilities allow us to undertake everything from routine repairs and component replacement through to more extensive overhauls and specialist machining.

TESTING & COMPLIANCE

Following repair, equipment can be bench tested within our workshop to check its operation and performance before being returned to site.

A full compliance and test report can also be provided on completion, giving customers a clear record of the work carried out and the results of testing.

Our workshop team can accommodate both planned repairs and urgent or more complex requirements, with the flexibility to carry out extensive works at short notice where required.
